Nove Mesto fields
Nové Mesto is located in a mountainous and wooded area. Many marked hiking trails lead you along lakes, streams, and waterfalls. There are few mountain areas that are as wooded as the Ore Mountains. From the higher trails you can see the vast pine forests that cover the hills and the valleys.
Karlovy Vary
Karlovy Vary is a spa town just 15 minutes away from Villa Maximus. It is named after Charles IV, Holy Roman Emperor and King of Bohemia, who founded the city in 1370. It is historically famous for its hot springs (13 main springs, about 300 smaller springs, and the warm-water Teplá River). It is the most visited spa town in the Czech Republic.
